BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

We have a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program that teaches fundamentals all the way to advance classes.

MMA

Our MMA classes are taught by pro fighters who have more than a decade teaching/Fighting.

KICKBOXING

We have Professional MMA fighters and Kickboxer that trains and fights out of Long Island MMA.

WRESTLING

This class focuses on the art of wrestling, covering takedowns, control, and ground positioning, providing a valuable skill set for both MMA and grappling competitions.

Muay Thai 

With a slightly different rule set than Kickboxing, Muay Thai is a powerful and dynamic striking martial art from Thailand that uses punches, kicks, elbows, and knees for a complete stand up fighting system. 

Yoga 

Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to promote flexibility, strength, and inner peace. Rooted in ancient traditions, it offers a holistic approach to well-being, reducing stress and enhancing overall health.

Pilates

Mat Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and overall body alignment through controlled movements. It enhances posture, balance, and muscle tone while promoting mind-body awareness and injury prevention.

Strength & Conditioning 

This class focuses on building the necessary strength, mobility, and tissue/joint health in order to perform at a higher level in martial arts and other athletic endeavors. We use modern corrective exercises and ancient tools such as Indian clubs and maces to practice functional movements.  

KIDS BJJ

Team Savage MMA offers a comprehensive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) program designed specifically for kids. The program emphasizes not only the technical aspects of BJJ but also the development of important life skills such as discipline, respect, and teamwork.
